Goal Setting with Kikki K

We recently went to a Kikki K Goal Setting Workshop. Here's what we learned:

Start with your Core Values

WHY? In order to write goals that a meaningful to you (not your family, friends or boss, YOU). What do you care about, deep down?

In the workshop we started with 20, then narrowed the list down to 10, then chose our top 3

Core Value Examples:

Imagine your dream life (then write it down)

Knowing where you want to be, helps you identify the steps you need to take to get there.

In the workshop we were given prompts (also available in the Kikki K Goal Journals.

Think about:

  • How do you feel?
  • Where do you live?
  • Who are you with?
  • What are your hobbies?
  • Daily activities?
  • Where do you work?
  • How do you see yourself
  • How much money do you have to spend?

Now time to write your goals

Now you've identified and documented whats important to you, and where you want to be. Writing your goals should be a whole lot easier. Just make sure your goals are SMART!

You can break your goals  up by month, week, year, quarter, whatever you're most comfortable with. We love monthly goals that are bite size chunks of our overall goals.

That's It!

P.S. We're super proud of you. We know you're going to make it!

If you're a stationary addict like we are, be sure to check out the kikki k site and maybe take a trip to one of their stores - our fave is in Covent Garden (right by the station).
